A private student residence is close to Central Campus in Davie. The property has rooms for singles, doubles, triples, and a quad residence. Each bedroom has a lock and a private bathroom. Students will have assigned roommates. Thus, it is a cost-effective option. All units come with a washer and dryer. There is also a shuttle bus that goes from the property to the Central Campus.
