Broward College is excited to welcome back new and returning students to campus for the Fall 2021 semester. This return to campus is part of our approach for safely returning to campus following best practices from the Centers for Disease Control as we continue to prioritize the health and safety of our faculty, staff, and students and preserve the continuity of learning.

Get up to $1200 for Expenses

All enrolled students for the Fall semester qualify to receive up to $1,200 to be used for personal expenses including, books, rent, food, and other personal expenses. Answer two simple questions to apply for funds. 

You must be enrolled in Fall classes to qualify.

Broward College students can choose the best class options that meet your needs. Weekend courses are also available.

These options require you to attend class at a physical campus when conditions allow:

Courses taken on campus during scheduled meeting days and times. Students are required to be physically present and follow safety protocols.
A blend of on campus and online instruction. Safety protocols will be followed when meeting on campus.

These options do not require you to attend class at a physical campus:

BC Online
Coursework is completed virtually in Broward College’s online learning environment, D2L. Courses have no required in-person meetings but have weekly and term deadlines for online course assignments and activities
BC Online Live
BC Online Live- BC Online Live courses require students and instructors to meet virtually via Zoom during designated days and times. Coursework is completed virtually in Broward College's online learning environment (D2L), as students are not required to physically attend class on campus.

Vaccination Events on Campus

In partnership with UrgentMed, the College will provide COVID-19 testing and vaccination to all Broward College students, faculty, and staff from August 16 through September 17.


  • Testing and vaccinations for Broward College students and employees only
  • Bring ID and a copy of your insurance card (there is no co-pay)
  • If you are uninsured you may still obtain testing and vaccination here at no cost

$250 Vaccination Incentive 

Beginning August 16, a $250 incentive is available for students, faculty, and staff who become fully vaccinated.
