Faculty and Staff IDs

Every Faculty and Staff worker is required to have a Broward College ID card.

  1. Any new Faculty or Staff ID request must be made by the employee's supervisor or Department Access Coordinator (typically administrative support personnel) by emailing the request to the Broward College Physical Security Manager at tandrase@broward.edu with the following information:
    • PID
    • Last name
    • First name
    • Access levels needed (i.e. specific campus, buildings, classrooms)
    • Person & campus location to send the completed ID badge to.
  2. The ID photo can be taken either at one of the Campus ID Centers (North, Central & South) depending on location schedule or at the Cypress Creek Administrative Center by appointment.
  3. Once the ID photo is completed, please notify the Physical Security Manager with the shipping information to coordinate photo and badge delivery (IDs cannot be mailed via commercial mail services).

Lost or stolen Faculty or Staff IDs should be reported immediately to the BC Security Operations Center @ 954-201-HELP (4357).

Any damaged or malfunctioning Faculty or Staff IDs should be reported to the employee's Supervisor or Department Access Coordinator to coordinate replacement with the Broward College Physical Security Manager. This also applies to those badges that have been reported lost/stolen.
