Rules

Basketball Rules (Half-Court Format)

  • Court Setup: Half-court
  • Players: Three (3) per side
  • Substitutions: Maximum of two (2) per team
  • Game Duration: Ten (10) minutes
  • Shot Clock: 12 seconds
  • Scoring:
    • One (1) point inside the arc
    • Two (2) points beyond the arc
  • Game Over: First team to 21 points wins

Volleyball Rules (Full-Court Format)

  • Court Setup: Full-court
  • Players: Six (6) per side
  • Substitutions: Maximum of four (4) per team
  • Hits Per Side: Three (3) hits allowed before returning the ball
  • Match Format: Best of three (3) sets
  • Scoring:
    • First two (2) sets to 21 points
    • Final (deciding) set played to 15 points
  • Winner: Team that wins two (2) sets

Soccer Rules (Full-Field Format)

  • Field Setup: Full-field
  • Players: Seven (7) per side
  • Substitutions: Maximum of five (5) per team
  • Game Duration: 30 minutes
  • Scoring System:
    • Win: Three (3) points
    • Tie: One (1) point
  • Playoff Tie: Decided by Penalty Kicks (PKs)

Flag Football Rules

  • Contact: Not allowed
  • Players: Seven (7) per side
  • Substitutions: Maximum of three (3) per team
  • Game Duration: 30 minutes
  • Downs: Four (4) downs to reach midfield
  • Quarterback Rule: QB has seven (7) seconds to throw the ball
  • Flag Guarding: Not allowed
