DSST Exams

The DSST exams, unlike Advanced Placement, are not built around curriculum, but rather are designed to test students’ knowledge on a variety of college-level subjects, regardless of where they may have learned the material. Exams are developed by committees of college faculty. More information about DSSTs, including descriptions of test content and sample examination questions, is available at www.getcollegecredit.com and DSST webpage

DSST exams can be taken at the Central Campus, North Campus, South Campus, and Miramar West Center Testing Centers. For more information visit the DSST webpage.

Students who receive passing scores should submit official test scores to the Registrar's office.

Student are strongly encouraged to meet with an academic advisor to ensure course credits will fulfill degree requirement.
