Technical College Articulation Agreements

Students who completed a Career Certificate program may be eligible to earn college credit and continue their education through the aligned Associate of Science degree program at Broward College. Section 1007.23, Florida Statutes, establishes statewide articulation agreements and helps to facilitate the seamless transition of students across and among Florida’s educational entities.

Your Steps to Free College Credits

  1. Complete your Career and Technical program.
  2. Complete steps to starting college apply to Broward College.
  3. Complete the Credit for Prior Learning form.

Articulation credits appear on student transcripts as "CR". Letter grades are not awarded for Articulation. Credits earned through Articulation satisfy graduation requirements but may not be accepted as transfer credits at another institution. Students planning to transfer to other institutions should contact the college or university to determine if Articulation credits are accepted.
