A UNIFIED APPROACH TO WEB CONTENT MANAGEMENT
The Broward College design system is a library of style guidelines and components/blocks used to build webpages and microsites within the college's content management system, Cascade CMS, and published to the public-facing domain www.broward.edu.
Our modular design approach allows you to start with a base page template and add on components (think digital Lego pieces) to quickly create on-brand, customizable, and accessible webpages.
Each component has been designed and crafted to solve a specific user interface problem, such as presenting a grid of options, enabling the submission of a form, leading users to a call to action, and so on. Components are designed to work harmoniously within the flexible page template. And our style guidelines keep your pages looking great across all screens while serving a cohesive visual style.
