1. With your BC Coach, Admissions Rep, etc. in-person or via Zoom, sign in to your MyACT Account.

3. Make sure that you have requested an official score report to be sent to Broward College, Davie, FL (0768). If you haven't done so at this point, please do so and then move on to step 4.

4. Send the PDF copy via email to your BC Coach, Admissions Rep, etc.
5. Your BC Coach, Admissions Rep, etc. will submit the score report to the Testing and Assessment Center for processing and entry into the student information system.

   If you are a Dual Enrollment student, this must be handled by the BC Dual Enrollment office.

American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) Writing Proficiency Test (WPT)

Broward College Testing and Assessment Centers do not administer the ACTFL WPT exams. Students must take them online through Examity.

3. In the Extra Services LTI section of the left nav bar, select the Send and Official Copy of Certificate.
4. Select the test to send and use the mailing address below.
5. Pay applicable fees.

• Assessment and Learning in Knowledge Spaces (ALEKS) Placement, Preparation, and Learning (PPL)
• Broward College only accepts ALEKS PPL test administrations that have been proctored. Unproctored test administrations will not be accepted for placement.

Broward College Testing and Assessment Centers do not administer the ALEKS PPL exam.

1. Log into your ALEKS PPL account
2. On your My Classes page, find the tile for the cohort with the Placement Assessment results you would like to share.
3. Open the menu in the top, right corner of that tile and select Send Results.
   

   If the Send Results option is not available, your school does not allow students to share their Placement Assessment results with other schools.

4. After selecting Send Results, a list of schools appears in alphabetical order (only 50 display at a time). To view more schools, scroll to the bottom and select Show More. You can also use the search box to search for Broward College.
5. Select the Broward College DB0D814 and select Continue.
6. On the confirmation pop-up, check the box to acknowledge that you are sending your personally identifiable information to the new school and select Send.
7. You will receive an email confirmation when your Placement Assessment results have successfully been sent to the school.
8. Allow a minimum of 5 business days between the time of your request and the time the scores will be reviewed and entered into the College's student information system.

• Brigham Young University (BYU) Foreign Language Achievement Testing Services (FLATS)

Send Scores to BC

If you took the BYU FLATS at a Broward College Testing and Assessment Center, BYU will email a copy of your scores to us within 3 business days. Upon receipt of the email from BYU, a staff member will enter the score into our student information system. Students will also receive a copy of their score report in 3 business days from BYU.

If you took the BYU FLATS at another testing center, online with Proctor360, or didn't designate Broward College as a score recipient in the Current Address field, follow the instructions below.

3. Request they send the individual score report via email as an attachment to testingservices@broward.edu.

3. Find the score you wish to share in Past Performance.
4. Click the "Share" button under that score.
5. In the section for Partner Colleges and Universities, select Broward College from the dropdown menu.
6. Select the Send My Scores button
7. Verify that the CLT Scores were transmitted by visiting the Shared Scores menu on the left side of the student dashboard.

2. You will need to contact the other institution to find their address or email address if they are not listed on the Partner Colleges and Universities list.

3. Select the appropriate institution type and search for and select Broward College.
4. Finally, send the results.

6. Upon receipt of the scores, Testing and Assessment will verify the scores and enter them into the BC student information system.

2. Students will receive a digital score report and certificate from Michigan Language Assessments within a week or so of their test date.
3. Upon receipt of the digital score report, indicate you want to send scores to Broward College.
4. Testing and Assessment will evaluate the scores when they arrive and submit a Score Verification Request with Michigan Language Assessments prior to entering scores into the BC student information system.

Option 1: FCLE Taken in a Florida Public High School

1. Contact your high school or school district and request to have your high school transcript sent to Broward College electronically via the Florida Automated System for Transferring Educational Records (FASTER).

   Do not request to have a paper copy of your transcript sent to Broward College.

2. FASTER transmissions are received and processed nightly by the College.

Option 2: FCLE Taken at a Florida State College or State University

1. Contact your state college or state university and request to have your college transcript sent to Broward College electronically via the Florida Automated System for Transferring Educational Records (FASTER).

1. Broward College will include your FCLE score on any electronic transcript (FASTER) sent to another Florida state college or state university.

HESI A2 scores for test attempts taken at Broward College will be entered in the student's record on the following schedule:

• On-Campus at a BC Testing and Assessment Center

  One (1) business day excluding College Holidays or closings

• Remotely with BC and ProctorU

Students who tested at another institution must send scores officially from the originating testing center to Broward College to be considered. Scores cannot be received from students directly for entry into the student record system. Scores must be emailed from the originating testing center as a PDF attachment.

Data Recognition Corporation (DRC) discontinued the TASC Test as of December 31, 2021. For assistance with exam scores, please contact the testing center where you took the TASC exam or the High School Equivalency (HSE) Coordinator in your state.

TEAS Score Entry Timeline for Tests Taken at a BC Testing and Assessment Center:

Notice: Effective on or after April 20, 2026 TEAS will only be accepted by the Nursing program if the test was taken on-campus at one of the BC Testing and Assessment Centers. Remote testing will no longer be available for BC nor will remote TEAS scores be accepted. TEAS scores from another institution will also no longer be accepted whether taken on-campus or remotely.

TOEFL Essentials and TOEFL iBT

Send Scores to BC

1. Must first have a BC Student ID number. (Application completed)
2. Students will find information on sending scores to Broward College on the following pages based on the version of the TOEFL taken.
   • TOEFL iBT and Essentials go to your ETS Account to send scores.
3. Upon receipt of the scores, Testing and Assessment will confer with International Student Services (ISSO) verify the student is in the BC student information system. Upon confirmation from ISSO, Testing and Assessment will enter scores into the BC student information system.

TOEFL ITP

2. Students will need to request their TOEFL ITP scores be scanned and sent via email from the testing center or institution where they took the test to Broward College at testingservices@broward.edu.
3. Upon receipt of the scores, Testing and Assessment will confer with International Student Services (ISSO) verify the student is in the BC student information system. Upon confirmation from ISSO, Testing and Assessment will enter scores into the BC student information system.
